It all began in 1994, where VILA became part of the family-owned Danish fashion house, BESTSELLER. VILA quickly grew and found its look, feel, and core: Designing accessible fashion for young women with a personal style.
Located in Jutland, 20 min. from Aarhus, VILA has always stayed true to its mission of creating feminine fashion with focus on quality design and details at affordable prices. Today, VILA is sold through more than 110 retail chain stores all over Europe and 2000 multi-brand stores. VILA also covers VILA.com and shop-in-shop.
Our design philosophy is based on our three key areas Feminine, Sensual, and Simple. We have a pure and simple approach to fashion design. We unite femininity with our fashion and trend insight and add a bit of sensuality.

THE VILA CULTURE
VILA’s headquarters reflect who we are and what we do. We do fashion and we are always on the lookout for inspiring new combinations, trends, and movements on the fashion scene. We enjoy the lightness, the look, and the feel of our Nordic roots and we celebrate working together in passionate fashion-driven teams. At VILA, our culture is dynamic and we are constantly designing new collections planning campaigns and building still-stronger relations with our customers.
THE VILA STORE CONCEPT
The VILA store is an invitation to enter our universe and is designed from a Nordic point of view with natural materials like wood, steel, and stone. We have strived to create an inspiring atmosphere with focus on products, fashion, and trends. A cosy place with homey references, which invites the customers to stay a little longer.

We trust that you have something valuable to contribute with through your managing style as well as your encounter with VILA’s end-user. Also, your enthusiasm has a positive effect on your staff members to achieve the daily sales goals.
Experience & Knowledge
As a partner your main task is to run the store efficiently. Therefore, we expect that you have practical experience and a strong know-how about the detail business. This means that sales and service come naturally to you and you have at desire to lead and motivate your staff.
A typical investment level required is in the region of 800.000 DKK – 1.500.000 DKK (approx. 100.000€ - 200.000€). However, for each new partner the actual investment level will differ based on a number of factors, e.g. size of the store, location, etc.
INDEPENDENT, BUT NOT ALONE
As a VILA partner you will manage and be responsible for your own store, but our professional teams will always
be ready to support you in the beginning, as well as when the everyday business is up and running.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW AND BUSINESS PLAN
· You will be invited to the VILA headquarters in Denmark
· You will be introduced to our BESTSELLER Cooperation Agreement
· A business plan will be prepared
· BESTSELLER Cooperation Agreement will be signed
· A financial plan will be presented
· Locations are being sourced
· Completion of real estate lease
· Store construction
· Partner training
· Selecting and buying the right product package
· Planning the local marketing activities for the opening
