Who is Sarah Chronis in just 3 words?
Organized, caring and adventurous.
Do you have a nick name?
How did you get into acting?
I have been playing theatre since I was a child plus my mother is an actress. At the age of ten I played my first TV series. After high school I wanted to learn more and went to drama school.
Ambition or talent: which matters more to success?
I think ambition. Talent alone doesn’t get you anywhere. You must have the ambition to learn and work hard to achieve your goals.
Any struggles being a young woman trying to make it in the entertainment industry?
It’s always hard when you are rejected for a part. But I keep learning from being rejected, because that's just what happens. It makes you stronger. You must have faith in what you do.
Do you have any secret talents?
I love to sing. Secretly, I studied singing at the conservatory. It’s a huge passion of mine. Cooking is also something I enjoy doing at home for friends and family.
Describe your personal style?
Tomboy, but I also love to glam up!
What’s fashion to you?
It's a way to express myself. Sometimes when I have a bad day you can tell by my choice of clothes. When it’s summer I’m often in a more upbeat mood, so I wear a lot of colours.
Your fashion essentials?
Well fitted jeans, a good sweater and comfy sneakers.
Your favourites from the VILA AW19 collection?
The white striped sweater, the checkered pants and the cute leopard dress. Personally, I love layers, so a great fall look for me, would be the leo dress layered with a cute sweater and a cool jacket. For the finishing touch I would add a nice bag.
In general, when do you feel most beautiful?
When I’m on holiday.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
You must love in such a way that the person you love feels free.
Lastly, what advice would you give to aspiring actors?
Keep on believing. Dreams don't come true unless you take action.
