Prep up for the festive season in smart party wear. Whenever I’m looking for new party styles, I always make sure that I can style the items in several ways – from day to night. For me, it’s important that I can dress up or down depending on the occasion and these styles are no exception.
A bordeaux lace top is great for all the upcoming Christmas parties and it gives off an exclusive and elegant vibe. I’ve styled it with a very feminine dotted A-line skirt and matching heels. When adding lipstick in the same colour as the top, I spice up the look and give it a little extra 'partay'.
A sequin blouse has party written all over it! During Christmas and New Year’s one cannot avoid seeing sequins and glitter everywhere. However, if you like me, believe it can be too much, then I would style sequins with a simple pair of jeans.
Playing with contrasts and different materials at once, makes your look more interesting. Top off the outfit with a nice pair of heels and add golden or silver jewellery – even a mix of both – would look great. Styling tip: On the pictures, I’ve actually turned the top the opposite way around to get a higher neck and a lower back.
Leopard print never goes out of style and is great for parties. I’ve paired a ruffle leopard skirt with an orange pleated blouse and white heels. For more sophistication, you can easily change the orange top to one in black. Top off the look with jewellery and a nice bag – maybe in orange.
This range of styles are perfect for taking you from day to night in style. So, take a cue from me and you’ll be ready to rock in no time.
